We’re looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field.
- Hands-on programming experience via coursework, personal projects, or internships.
- Familiarity with languages like Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, or Go (or willingness to learn).
- Experience in collaborative projects and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Curiosity and ability to understand new systems with guidance from mentors or experts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of at least two years of university-level study or equivalent experience.
- Depth in a technical area combined with generalist knowledge across multiple domains.
- Experience maintaining test coverage and delivering reliable project outcomes.
- Strong written communication skills to document and explain your work effectively.
Compensation
Expected stipend: INR 23,000 – 25,000 per month
