Employee Data Specialist
Join the Workday & Onboarding Data Operations team to help deliver a smooth employee experience across regions. This role focuses on maintaining accurate employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and resolving data-related queries while safeguarding confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee data across HR systems (Workday).
- Handle Manager Self-Service transactions and validate global work authorisations.
- Manage and triage support cases, meeting turnaround and satisfaction goals.
- Run data audits and produce HR reports to ensure data quality.
- Support onboarding reporting and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Contribute to process improvements and system testing for employee tools.
- Follow audit and peer-review processes to protect data integrity and compliance.
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years in HR data management, HR operations, or similar roles.
- Experience with global HR platforms (Workday preferred).
- Strong attention to data integrity, privacy, and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
