Roles and Responsibilities
Finance Controller
- Monitor inflation for raw materials and components; negotiate with customers and vendors.
- Estimate material costs for monthly forecasts and annual plans.
- Complete cost audit reporting and filing.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives to improve profitability.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and data analysis tools.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills; travel as needed.
Territory Parts Manager
- Maintain strong relations with channel partners and distributors.
- Plan and execute demand generation activities.
- Undertake brand visibility activities.
- Ensure timely collection and indents from channels.
- Good knowledge of commercial vehicle market and IT skills (MS Office, SAP).
- Willingness to travel.
