Internship Responsibilities
- Learn and assist in counselling, recruitment, HR processes, sales, and coordination tasks.
- Maintain and update candidate databases (eligibility, interests, assessments, etc.).
- Schedule candidate interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate document collection for offers and onboarding.
- Support processes like loan assistance, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Assist reporting manager in daily business development activities.
