- Drive footfall and source new CASA (current & savings accounts) customers via field sales, cold calling and referrals.
- Complete customer onboarding — KYC, documentation, and account activation accuracy.
- Cross-sell retail products: FDs, RDs, debit/credit cards, insurance, SIPs and more.
- Hit CASA acquisition and revenue KPIs; maintain relationship pipelines for upsell opportunities.
