- Education: Any Graduate & eligible diplomas (Commerce, Arts, B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA/BMS, BCA, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, BFA, B.Des, B.P.Ed, BHM/BHMCT, B.Pharma, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BVSc, Diploma).
- Experience: 0–3 years (varies by role).
- Note: Freshers with B.Sc or PG (as specified) may not be eligible for certain lines of business.
What you’ll do (Customer Support)
- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email with clarity and empathy.
- Resolve issues quickly while maintaining high CSAT.
- Work in rotational/night shifts as needed.
