What you’ll learn & do
The apprenticeship rotates through practical tasks that build business operations skills. Expect project-based work and mentor support.
- Sales Operations: Support data analysis, coordinate onboarding of new projects, and maintain operational trackers.
- Finance: Assist bookkeeping activities, prepare basic process documentation, and analyse simple financial datasets.
- Logistics: Help manage inventory records, process import/export paperwork, and ensure compliance with procedures.
Skills & expectations
- Comfortable using MS Office (Excel basics preferred).
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team.
