Associate – What you’ll do

  • Plan content with clients to align with business goals and audience needs.
  • Research topics using analytics and keyword tools; turn insights into outlines.
  • Create clear, step‑by‑step help articles and decision trees using SOPs/guides.
  • Author and format content using Oxygen XML/DITA or similar tools.
  • Follow brand tone and style; edit for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
  • Build flowcharts, improve processes, and design new templates when required.
  • Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines across parallel projects.

Technical Project Manager – What you’ll do

  • Define scope, goals, and milestones with engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and stakeholders.
  • Plan and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Run Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives).
  • Track work using JIRA/Trello/Asana; communicate updates, risks, and issues.
  • Identify risks early, create mitigation plans, and keep documents current.
