Job Description

As a Security & Compliance Analyst Intern, you will help safeguard Salesforce systems, products, and processes while ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards. You will work closely with clients, provide technical guidance, manage audits, update compliance documentation, and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and prospects to complete security and compliance questionnaires.
  • Maintain and regularly update customer-facing documentation like security whitepapers.
  • Take ownership of customer security audits, coordinating across regions and time zones.
  • Share feedback with Product Management based on client requests and insights.
  • Build and maintain a security and compliance knowledge repository to support Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Create and deliver security and compliance training for internal teams.
  • Prepare evidence materials to support customer audit readiness.
  • Drive efficiency and improvements in compliance processes using Salesforce tools.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate certification in Information Security or Cybersecurity.
  • 0–3+ years experience handling RFPs/RFIs for enterprise clients, focused on security and compliance.
  • Experience conducting Application Security & Risk Assessments or managing Cloud Security Questionnaires.
  • Knowledge of key security frameworks and certifications (CSA CAIQ, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
