Microsoft Apprenticeship 2025 — Software Engineer Apprenticeship

Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad • Batch: 2025 • Salary: ₹76,000–₹83,000 / month (reported)

Microsoft is hiring fresh graduates for a 12-month Software Engineer Apprenticeship. This program is intended for candidates who completed their degree in 2025, have no active academic backlogs, and have not held any full-time employment prior to applying.

About the role

As a Software Engineering Apprentice you will collaborate with teammates to design, develop, and test software solutions. You will learn new technologies and apply engineering best practices while contributing to real-world projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather feature requirements.
  • Design, develop and test programs using languages such as Java and Python.
  • Learn and adopt new tools, methods, and processes.
  • Maintain documentation for code, tests, and reusable components.

Qualifications

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Batch 2025 graduates only.
Preferred
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.

Important notice

This apprenticeship runs for 12 months and is not a permanent full-time role. It focuses on on-the-job training and skill development.
