What You Will Need

• Education: BE/B.Tech from premier institutes; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years overall, with at least 1+ years leading teams.
• Experience handling Category is an added advantage.
• Startup / fast-paced environment exposure is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to analyze data and build POVs.
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
• Deep understanding of business and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
