Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Work with production associates on machine operations: raw material preparation, loading, splicing, and unloading at shift level.
  • Thread and route materials, recheck products after splicing.
  • Troubleshoot machines for breakdowns, quality defects, and short stops. Conduct problem-solving RCA periodically.
  • Maintain 5S shop floor standards and clean machine/work area regularly.
  • Document material traceability, production logbook, packing logbook, and other reports.
  • Perform real-time quality checks and record inspection results.
  • Follow guidelines to handle non-conforming products and ensure only good products are shipped.
  • Set machines with proper settings and maintain critical equipment for safe product delivery.
  • Achieve performance KPIs: volume delivery, OEE, waste, quality, and safety.
  • Perform machine cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and tightenings to maintain condition.
  • Monitor machine health: temperature, vibration, greasing, oiling, and abnormal behavior checks.

  • Ability to think logically and find simple solutions.
  • Clear communication – both speaking and writing.
  • Basic knowledge in the relevant field (computers, finance, customer help).
  • Quick learner and adaptable.
