Job Description

Genpact is hiring Management Trainees for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. In this role, you will work on collections, dispute resolution, and client communication to ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate Purchase Order (PO) requests for accurate billing.

• Communicate with clients to collect feedback and provide support.

• Handle collections and resolve disputes while following company policies.

• Contact customers via calls and emails to recover overdue payments.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly collection targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and finance teams.

• Participate in governance meetings and collaborate with finance managers.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).

Preferred Skills

Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
