Internship Role – Talent Acquisition Operations:
As an intern, you will support the recruitment team with:
Maintaining candidate pipelines and databases.
Scheduling and coordinating phone, onsite, and virtual interviews.
Collecting and verifying candidate documents.
Researching and mapping potential candidates via social media.
Assisting with reports and recruitment process improvements.


Skills Required:
Strong communication (verbal and written).
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail for document verification and data management.
Proficient with MS Excel and MS Office tools.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever or Jira is a plus.


Eligibility & Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
Available for full-time internship and immediate joining.
Prior internship/project experience in HR or recruitment is a bonus.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.


Internship Duration:
3 to 6 months
