Associate Director — Key Responsibilities (Short)
- Work with business teams to identify and manage strategic client relationships.
- Plan and execute strategic account initiatives to deliver client value.
- Engage with C-level and senior decision-makers at client organizations.
- Review insurance programs, identify coverage gaps and advise clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new solution opportunities.
Senior Executive / Assistant Manager — Snapshot
- Serve as a primary contact for client operational queries and ensure service delivery.
- Participate in tenders and manage bid submissions and follow-ups with insurers.
- Coordinate policy issuance, endorsements, invoice management and monthly reconciliations.
- Prepare client presentations, manage renewals, and maintain client & brokerage data.
- Coordinate across teams (tender, specialty, claims) to support client requirements.
