Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations and job allocation
- Mentor associates on productivity, safety, and quality
- Monitor counts, solve problems, and manage queues
- Conduct 4M & 5S audits for workstations
- Prepare and implement associate training plans
- Stand-in for Area Manager as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
