About the role

This is an entry-level position for candidates who will help keep critical business applications running smoothly. You will work with teams across functions to diagnose issues, execute fixes, and contribute to improvements that reduce recurring incidents.

What you'll do

  • Investigate and resolve software issues across business systems to restore service quickly.
  • Participate in root-cause analysis for recurring problems and suggest long-term fixes.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to apply patches and updates.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, incident reports, and knowledge articles for future reference.
  • Support testing activities and assist in functional test planning.

Key skills & qualifications

  • Comfortable with Functional Test Planning and test case execution.
  • Understanding of software testing fundamentals and defect lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to automation testing tools is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
